A journey to remember.
The Kedarkantha Snow Trek from Ahmedabad is a 9-day winter trekking adventure in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. Known for its snow-covered pine forests, scenic campsites and panoramic Himalayan views, Kedarkantha is among the best winter treks in India for physically fit beginners and experienced trekkers.
The journey begins in Ahmedabad and continues through Delhi, Dehradun and Sankri—the base village for the Kedarkantha Trek. The trekking route covers Juda Ka Talab, Kedarkantha Base Camp and the Kedarkantha Summit, situated at approximately 12,500 feet above sea level.
The summit climb begins early in the morning. After reaching the top and enjoying breathtaking sunrise views of the Himalayan ranges, participants descend directly to Sankri. Because this is a long trekking day over steep, snowy and uneven terrain, good physical fitness is essential.
The package offers organised group travel, accommodation, vegetarian meals during the trek, experienced trek leaders, local support and essential camping arrangements. The exact route, campsite and summit attempt may change due to snowfall, weather, road conditions, government restrictions or instructions from the trek leader.
