Day Wise Travel Plan
Day 1 | Arrival Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
- Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet our representative. Transfer to the hotel and begin your Kashmir tour with local sightseeing. Visit Shankaracharya Temple, Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Hazratbal Shrine. You may also visit a local handicraft shop for Kashmiri shawls, carpets, jackets, papier-mâché products and other traditional items. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk near Dal Lake and explore the local market.

Day 2 | Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg – the Meadow of Gold, situated at approximately 2,743 metres above sea level. Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery, Sindh River and beautiful valleys. Guests may opt for a pony ride or excursion towards glacier/snow points at their own cost, subject to local conditions. In the evening, return to Srinagar.

Day 3 | Srinagar – Gulmarg
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gulmarg – the Meadow of Flowers. Enjoy the scenic journey through the beautiful Kashmir countryside. Gulmarg is famous for snow activities, skiing, snowboarding and its picturesque landscapes. Guests may enjoy the famous Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car Ride at their own cost, subject to ticket availability and weather conditions. You may also enjoy photography, horse riding and local shopping.

Day 4 | Gulmarg – Pahalgam
- After breakfast, check out and proceed to Pahalgam – the Valley of Shepherds. On arrival, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, Lidder River, pine forests and mountain views. Guests can optionally visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari by local union vehicle at their own cost. You may also explore Baisaran Valley by pony or on foot depending on local conditions.

Day 5 | Pahalgam – Srinagar – Houseboat Stay
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Kashmir Valley and sightseeing en route, subject to time and local conditions. On arrival in Srinagar, check in to a traditional Kashmiri Houseboat. Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the unique houseboat experience.

Travel Information
Transport
- Airport pickup, intercity transfers and sightseeing will be provided by a private vehicle suitable for the booked group size as per the itinerary. Transportation covers Srinagar, Sonamarg excursion, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar Airport transfer. Vehicle service will be subject to local transport regulations and road conditions. Local union vehicles required at destinations such as Pahalgam, Sonamarg or Gulmarg restricted areas are not included unless specifically confirmed. The vehicle will be available according to the planned itinerary and will not remain at disposal beyond the scheduled programme.
Meals / Stay Notes
- Daily breakfast will be provided at the respective hotel/houseboat as per the confirmed meal plan. Meals other than those specifically mentioned in the final package confirmation will be payable directly by guests. Early breakfast or packed breakfast may be arranged where operationally possible for early departures, subject to hotel policy.

Payment Policy

- Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- Any increase in hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or supplier charges before confirmation may result in revision of the package price.
- Payments made towards confirmed bookings will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
- Any pending amount must be cleared before commencement of the tour unless otherwise approved in writing.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted through the company's official communication channel.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated according to the date on which the cancellation request is received.
- Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotels, houseboats, transportation and other supplier policies.
- Non-refundable hotel, activity, transport or supplier payments will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refund will be applicable in case of No Show.
- No refund will be provided for services voluntarily missed or unused after commencement of the tour.
- Cancellation of Gulmarg Gondola, activities or third-party services will be governed by the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
- In case of cancellation due to severe weather, road closure, government restrictions or other force majeure circumstances, refunds or rescheduling will depend on the amount recoverable from the respective suppliers.
- Any approved refund will be processed after applicable cancellation deductions.
- Refunds, wherever applicable, will normally be processed within 7 working days after final settlement with the respective suppliers.
- Bank, payment gateway or transaction charges, wherever applicable, may be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability, rate differences and supplier policies.
