Cancellation 4 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
Cancellation 2 to 3 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure or No Show: No Refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Any non-refundable booking charges or third-party service charges will be deducted as applicable.

- Reporting time is 15 minutes before departure at the designated boarding point.
- Carry a valid Government-issued photo ID for verification.
- Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes suitable for trekking and outdoor activities.

- Swimming and adventure activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk while following all safety instructions.
